A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL APPOINTING ROBERT CANCELOSI TO THE
TREE BOARD AND APPOINTING JIM BRAYAS FIRST ALTERNATE AND COLIN PENNO AS
SECOND ALTERNATE TO THE TREE BOARD.
WHEREAS, one open position exists on the Tree Board, and
WHEREAS,two alternate positions also exist, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor's Appointments Advisory Board interviewed Tree Board applicants on December
15,2003 , and
WHEREAS, Robert Cancelosi, Jim Bray and Colin Peimo have expressed 'interest in serving on the Tree
Board and were interviewed,
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Robert Cancelosi is appointed as a Tree Board member for a term that will expire April 30,
2007.
,SECTION 2: Jim Bray is appointed as first alternate to the Tree Board for a term that will expire on
December 31, 2005.
SECTION 3: Colin Penno is appointed as second alternate to the Tree Board for a tern that will expire on
December 31, 2005.
TI-ds resolution is effective inunediately upon passage.
