Resolution No. 03-54 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON RESOLUTION NO. 03- 64 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN ON BEHALF OF THE CITY A DEDICATION DEED DEDICATING ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR SW BEVELAND STREET FROM SW 68'AVENUE TO 69TH AVENUE. WHEREAS, On March 9, 1999, Council adopted Ordinance 99-07 forming a Local Improvement District to construct street improvements in the SW 69th Avenue area. Improvements included the extension of SW Beveland Street from SW 68th Avenue to SW 69th Avenue. The project was completed in April 2000; and WHEREAS, certain property for the Beveland Street improvements was conveyed to the City through a September 17, 1999,warranty deed and an October 25,2000 judgment; and WHEREAS, the City of Tigard now desires to convey to the public for street purposes, the portion of the property required for the street improvements. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: SECTION 1: The Tigard City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to sign a dedication deed dedicating the property to the public for street purposes. A copy of the dedication deed is attached hereto as Exhibit"l"; and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2 This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
