RESOLUTION NO. 03- 55
A RESOLUTION OF TIGARD CITY COUNCIL APPOINTING JANET GILLIS TO THE TREE
BOARD
WHEREAS, Janet Gillis currently serves as an alternate to the Tree Board, and
WHEREAS, Ms. Gillis has expressed an interest in becoming a member of the Tree Board, and was
interviewed by the Mayor's Appointment Advisory Committee,and
WHEREAS, an opening exists with the resignation of Steve Varga.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Janet Gillis is appointed to complete the Tree Board term that was initiated by Steve Varga.
This term expires April 30,2007.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
