RESOLUTION NO. 03-
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING BARRY ALBERTSON AS AN EX-OFFICIO MEMBER OF THE
PARK AND RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD REPRESENTING THE TIGARD-TUALATIN
SCHOOL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Ordinance 03-02 provides for an ex-officio member of the Park and Recreation Advisory
Board who represents the Tigard-Tualatin School District 23J, and
WHEREAS, Barry Albertson, who is a school board member, has been nominated by Tigard-Tualatin
School District 23J,to represent that organization on the Park and Recreation Advisory Board,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Barry Albertson, School Board member, is appointed as an ex-officio member of the Park
and Recreation Advisory Board representing Tigard-Tualatin School district 23J for a term
that will end December 31,2004.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
