RESOLUTION NO. 03-)2
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL REAPPOINTING FORREST NABORS AND
IRENE MOSZER TO THE BUDGET COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, there are two openings on the Budget Committee due to term expirations, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor's Appointment Advisory Committee interviewed Budget Committee candidates on
August 21, 26, and 28,2003, and
WHEREAS, Irene Moszer and Forrest Nabors are interested in being reappointed to the Budget Committee
and were interviewed,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Irene Moszer is appointed to a three-year term. That term expires June 30, 2006.
SECTION 2: Forrest Nabors is appointed to a three-year term. That term expires June 30, 2006,
SECTION 3: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
