A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT #6 TO THE FY 2002-03 ADOPTED
BUDGET TO INCREASE APPROPRIATIONS TO ALLOW EXPENDITURES OF POLICE
DEPARTMENT GRANT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard was awarded a grant in the amount of $24,361 from the Local Law
Enforcement Block Grant Program,Department of Justice,and
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard City Council voted to accept the grant and authorize expenditure of the
grant funds at the October 8,2002 City Council meeting,and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to adjust the FY 2002-03 Adopted Budget to increase the General Fund
expenditures to allow the expenditures of the grant funds.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The FY 2002-03 Adopted Budget of the City Tigard is hereby amcnded as shown in
Attachment A to this resolution.
