RESOLUTION NO. 03-/ R
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL APPOINTING STEVE VARGA TO THE TREE
BOARD AND APPOINTING ROB CALLAN AS FIRST ALTERNATE AND JANET GILLIS AS
SECOND ALTERNATE TO THE TREE BOARD.
WHEREAS, a four-year term is open,and
WHEREAS,all past alternates have been appointed to the Tree Board, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor's Appointments Advisory Board interviewed applicants on March 13, 2003
including those named above
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Steve Varga,is appointed as a Tree Board member for a term that will expire April 30,2007.
SECTION 2: Rob Callan is appointed as first alternate to the Tree Board for a term that will expire on
April 30, 2005.
SECTION 3: Janet Gillis is appointed as second alternate to the Tree Board for a term that will expire on
April 30,2005.
This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
