RESOLUTION NO. 02-34
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A COST OF LIVING ADJUSTMENT FOR THE
MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISORY/CONFIDENTIAL GROUP EMPLOYEES EFFECTIVE JULY 1,
2002
WHEREAS, the City Council last adopted a cost of living adjustment effective July 1, 2001 for the
Management/Supervisory/Confidential Group Employees;
WHEREAS, the Management/Supervisory/Confidential Group Employees are not represented by a
collective bargaining agreement;
WHEREAS,the City Council previously discussed this matter at a May 6t"
meeting;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The current salary schedule for Management/Supervisory/Confidential Group
Employees be increased by a cost of living adjustment of 3.5%effective July 1,2002.
SECTION 2: This resolution shall become effective July 1,2002.
