A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE TPOA BARGAINING AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZATION
FOR THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN THE FINAL DRAFT
WHEREAS, the current collective bargaining agreement expired on June 30,2001
WHEREAS, a tentative agreement was reached on January 28, 2002 between the City and TPOA (Tigard
Police Officers Association) for a new collective bargaining agreement to cover the period from July 1,
2001 to June 30,2004;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The collective bargaining agreement between the City of Tigard and the Tigard Police
Officers Association (TPOA), effective July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2004 is hereby
adopted
EFFECTIVE DATE: July 1,2001
