RESOLUTION NO. 02-.OS
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL APPOINTING BROOKS GASTON TO THE
TREE BOARD.
WHEREAS, an opening exists on the Tree Board due to the resignation of David Cory, and
WHEREAS, Brooks Gaston currently serves as the alternate to the Tree Board, and has expressed his
willingness to serve as a member of the Tree Board, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has resolved, as stated in Resolution 01-21, that an alternate could be
appointed to member status in the event of a member's midterm resignation,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Brooks Gaston is appointed to the Tree Board to complete the term of David Cory
which will expire April 30,2005.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
PASSED: This day of "�I-�T2002.
