A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE OPEU COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT AND
AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN THE FINAL DRAFT
WHEREAS, the current collective bargaining agreement expired on June 30,2001
WHEREAS, a new collective bargaining agreement has been negotiated for the period of July 1, 2001
through June 30,2004;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The collective bargaining agreement between the City of Tigard and SEIU Local 503,
OPEU,effective July 1,2001 through June 30, 20o4 js hereby adopted,
EFFECTIVE DATE: July 1,2001
PASSED: This a 14 day of 9-j-4— 2001.
