A RESOLUTION BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO BRUCE
ELLIS FOR THE SPLENDID QUALITY OF PUBLIC SERVICE THAT HE HAS PROVIDED TO THE
COMMUNITY THROUGH HIS FOUNDING AND PRESERVATION OF THE TIGARD FESTIVAL
OF BALLOONS.
WHEREAS, it was by the unanimous consent of the Tigard City Council that a suitable resolution be
prepared expressing commendation and appreciation for the untiring and valuable service rendered to the
City of Tigard by
WHEREAS,for the last nine years W.Ellis has made it possible for the community to enjoy a successful
regional event showcasing the community spirit and hospitality of the people, organizations,and service
clubs of the City of Tigard through his founding and preservation of
Mp Migarb ,flesthol of Walleam
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The City of Tigard City Council extends to Mr.Ellis its expression of esteem for his
faithful and steadfast devotion to the Tigard Festival of Balloons,which has greatly
benefited the City of Tigard.
SECTION 2: The City of Tigard City Council extends its best wishes to Mr.Bruce Ellis for good
health,success,and prosperity for many years to come.
