A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT #10 TO THE FY 2000-01 BUDGET TO
TRANSFER $20,000 FROM THE GENERAL, FUND CONTINGENCY TO THE POLICY AND
ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM FOR GRANT WRITING SERVICES PROVIDED BY RANDALL
DEVELOPMENT,INC.
WHEREAS,the Tigard City Council authorized issuing Request for Proposals for Grant Finding
Assistance;and
WHEREAS,Randall Funding and Development,Inc.submitted a proposal in response to the Request
for Proposals;and
WHEREAS,the proposal submitted by Randall Funding and Development,Inc.met the evaluation
criteria established in the Request for Proposals;and
WHEREAS,on June 12,2001,the Tigard Local Contract Review Board awarded a one-year contract to
Randall Funding and Development,Inc.for an initial payment of$20,000 and$4,000 a month;and
'WHEREAS, the FY 2000-01 Budget did not include funding for the initial payment due under this
contract;and
WHEI:EAS, the FY 2000-01 Budget needs to be amended to appropriate funds to allow the initial
payment to be made to Randall Development,Inc.as required by the approved contract.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1:The FY 2000-01 Budget of the City of Tigard is hereby amended as shown in Attachment A
to this resolution.
