A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A COST OF LIVING ADJUSTMENT FOR
MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISORY/CONFIDENTIAL GROUP EMPLOYEES EFFECTIVE JULY 1,
2001
WHEREAS, the City Council Iast adopted a cost of living adjustment effective July 1, 2000 for the
Management/Supervisory/Confidential Group Employees;and
WHEREAS, the Management/Supervisory/Confidential Group Employees are not represented by a
collective bargaining agreement;and
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The current salary schedule for Management/Supervisory/Confidential Group
Employees be increased by a cost of living adjustment of 3.5%effective July 1,2001
EFFECTIVE DATE: July 1,2001
