RESOLUTION NO.01- 03
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT #6 TO THE FY 2000-01 ADOPTED
BUDGET TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE PUBLIC WORKS OPERATING APPROPRIATION
TO THE GENERAL FUND CIP APPROPRIATION TO ALLOW THE REPLACEMENT OF THE
HVAC UNITS IN THE POLICE BUILDING.
WHEREAS, The FY 2000-01 Adopted Capital Improvement Budget includes $125,000 for the
replacement of HVAC units in the old portion of the Police building,and
WHEREAS, Further project definition and examination has shown that this project will cost $215,000,
and
WHEREAS, Sufficient savings exist within the Public Works operating budget appropriation to cover the
additional cost,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The FY 2000-01 Adopted Budget of the City of Tigard is hereby amended as shown in
Attachment A to this resolution.
