A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL REAPPOINTING GLENN MORES, AND
APPOINTING JUDY MUNRO AND SCOT SUTTON TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS; two openings exist due to the expiration of the terms of Lisa Incalcaterra and Glenn Mores,
who was completing the term of Michael Neff, and one opening exists due to the resignation of Jim
Griffith upon his appointment as interim Mayor,and
WHEREAS, Glenn Mores is eligible and interested in serving an initial four-year term,and
WHEREAS, Judy Munro and Scot Sutton have both expressed an interest in sitting on the Planning
Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor's Appointments Advisory Committee interviewed Planning Commission
candidates on December 4'and 5t°,2000
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1:Glenn Mores is reappointed to the Planning Commission,for an initial four-year term
which will expire on December 31,2004.
SECTION 2:Judy Munro is appointed to an initial four-year term that will expire on December 31,2004.
SECTION 3: Scot Sutton is appointed to complete the term vacated by Jim Griffith.That term expires on
December 31,2002.
