A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT #4 TO THE FY 2000-01 ADOPTED
BUDGET TO ACCEPT A GRANT FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF LAND CONSERVATION AND
DEVELOPMENT (DLCD)AND TO INCREASE APPROPRIATIONS TO ALLOW EXPENDITURES
OF GRANT FUNDS
WHEREAS,the City of Tigard has been awarded a Department of Land Conservation and Development
(DLCD)grant in the amount of$15,000,and
WHEREAS,the grant is to be used for the preparation of an open space plan which will include a riparian
district plan to address Goal 5 compliance requirements for the Washington Square Regional Center.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to adjust the FY 2000-01 Adopted Budget to increase the General Fund
resources(State Grants)and to increase expenditures to allow the expenditures of the grant funds.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The FY 2000-01 Adopted Budget of the City of Tigard is hereby amended as shown in
Attachment A to this reolution.
