A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON, APPROVING AN
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND WASHINGTON COUNTY,
PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN HAPROVEMENTS FOR THE CITY AS
PART OF A PROJECT OF THE COUNTY'S MAJOR STREETS TRANSPORTATION
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZINir THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, a project for constructing street improvements to SW Walnut Street at the intersection with
SW 121"Avenue is included in the County's Major Streets Transportation Improvement Program;and

NOW THEREFORE RF IT REPSOLVED by the Tioard City(nnnr;I that:
SECTION 1: The Intergovernmental Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit A, between the City of
Tigard and Washington County, for the construction of certain improvements, is
approved.
SECTION 2: The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the agreement.
