A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A COST OF LIVING ADJUSTMENT FOR
MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISORY/CONFIDENTIAL GROUP EMPLOYEES EFFECTIVE JULY 1,
2000,AND AMEND THE EXISTING SALARY SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, the current salary schedule for Management/Supervisory/Confidential Group Employees was
adopted with a cost of living adjustment effective July 1,1999 for the fiscal year 1999-2000;and
WHEREAS, the Management/Supervisory/Confidential Group Employees are not represented by a
collective bargaining agreement;and
this matter at their May 9,2000 Council meeting

NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: _
SECTION 1: The current salary schedule for ManagemenVSupervisory%C`,onfidentiai Group rmpioyees be
increased by a cost of living adjustment of 2.6%effective July 1,2000
