40 A RESOLUTION,017 THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL REAPPOINTING MIKE BENNER TO THE
BUDGET COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the term initially held by Max Williams and completed by Mike Denner upon Mr.Williams
resignation has expired,and
WHEREAS,Mike Benner has expressed an interest in continuing to serve on the Budget Committee
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Mike Benner is reappointed to the Budget Committee to a three year term that will
expire on June 30,2002.
