RESOLUTION NO. 99-b 5-
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL REAPPOINTING MARK PADGETT
AND JUDITH ANDERSON, AND APPOINTING STEVEN TOPP TO THE PLANNING
COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, there are two openings on the Planning Commission, due to the first term
expirations of Mark Padgett and Judith Anderson, and
WHEREAS, Mark Padgett and Judith Anderson are eligible and interested in serving a second
term,and
WHEREAS,a term was vacated by the resignation of David Anderson, and
WHEREAS,Steven Topp has expressed an interest in sitting on the Planning Commission,
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Marie Padgett and Judith Anderson are reappointed to the Planning Commission,
each for a second term that will expire on December 31,2003.
SECTION 2: Steven Topp is appointed to complete the term vacated by David Anderson. That
term expires on December 31,2001.
