! A RESOLUTION OF THE TIUARD CITY COUNCIL TO ADJUST THE PATE OF COUNCIL
1 COMPENSATION,EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1999

WHEREAS, Ordinance No.95-22 amended Tigard Municipal Code Section 2.44.01 O which provides for
Council compensation,and
WHEREAS, each year the City Council/Budget Committee :Il review Council compensation during the
City budget process;and
WHEREAS, upon review and discussion, the Budget Committee members voted to amend the rate of
compensation.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The rate of Council compensation shall be as follows:
Compensation Amount Effective Date
Mayor: $475/mo July 1,1999
Councilors: $350/mo July I, 1999
SECTION 2: Payment to Council members shall be made quarterly through the City's payroll process
on the last pay period of each quarter.
