A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET ADJUSTMENT #I1 FOR THE RECEIPT OF AN
INSURANCE SETTLEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF$450,000.
WHEREAS, the City received an insurance settlement from Northland Insurance Co. in the amount of
$450,000 for reimbursement of a portion,of the Dolan case legal settlement,which was paid December 10,
1997.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Revenue is recognized in the General Fund, from Northland Insurance Co., in the
amount of$450,000.
