A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET ADJUSTMENT #10 FOR CONSULTPIG FEES FOR A
FEASIBILITY STUDY OF A NEW RECREATION DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City Council determined on October 20, 1998 that the City should participate in a
feasibility study of the formation of a nt.w recreation district and; J
WHEREAS,the FY98/99 budget did not include appropriations for this cost.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: '
SECTION 1: Appropriations are increased in the General Fund,in the Public Works Parks Division
for Consulting fees, in the amount of $15,000, and General Fund Contingency is
reduced by$15,000.
