RESOLUTION NO.99-311-1
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET ADJUSTMENT#9 FOR THE RECEIPT OF FUNDS FROM
AN INSURANCE SETTLEMENT FOR A POLICE VEHICLE REPLACE' BNT.
WHEREAS,the City received an insurance settlement from City County Insurance Services for a damaged
Police vehicle in the amount of$21,000.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Revenue is recognized in the General Fund,from City County Insurance Services,in the
amount of$21,000.
SECTION 2: Appropriations are increased in the General Fund,in the Police Operations Division for
Capital Outlay-Vehicles,in the amount of$21,000.
