WHEREAS,Max Williams has resigned his position on the Budget Committee and,

WHEREAS,The Mayor's Appointment Advisory Committee conducted interviews for the Budget
Committee on January 19 and 20,1999 and
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1:Mike Benner is appointed to complete the term of Max Williams.Trot te_*an to expire on
June 30,1999.
SECTION 2:Darlene Stevens is appointed to complete the term of Joyce Patton.That term to expire on
June 30,2001.
