® A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET ADJUSTMENT#7 FOR THE POLICE BUILDING ROOF
REPAIR.
WHEREAS, The Police department roof has been leaking and it has been determined that it should be
repaired at the present time,a.-id,
WHEREAS, The 1998199 adopted budget did not include funds for the repair of the Police roof and
therefore a budget adjustment is necessary.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: The 1998/99 adopted budget is
adjusted as follows:
SECTION 1: General fund contingency is reduced by$59,000 and appropriations in the General CIP
category are increased by$59,000.
