A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET ADJUSTMENT#4 TO THE 1998/99 BUDGET FOR THE
FEED STORE LOT PARKING IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, Tile low bid for the project will require a budget of$105,000 and the current adopted budget
only provides$90,000,and
WHEREAS, Local budget law allows the Council to make such budget adjustments by resolution.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: General capital projects appropriations are increased by $15,000 and general fund
contingency is reduced by$i.i,000.
