A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET ADJUSTMENT#3 TO THE 1998/99 BUDGET FOR WEED
HARVESTING AND WATER CLARITY AT SUMMERLAKE.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that actions should be taken to improve the clarity of
summerlake,and,
WHEREAS, the cost of such actions for 1998/99 is estimated at$31,400 and this amount was not included
in the 1998/99 budget.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: General fund contingency is decreased by $31,400 and appropriations in the Parks
maintenance budget unit are increased by$31,400.
