` CITY OF TIGARD,OREGON RESOLUTION NO.98-31 A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF TIGARD AND OPEU,LOCAL 199. WHEREAS,the current collective bargaining agreement was adopted in May 1996;and; WHEREAS,the current collective bargaining agreement expires on June 30, 1998;and WHEREAS,a new collective bargaining agreement has been negotiated for the period of July 1, 1998 through June 30,2001; NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: SECTION 1: The collective bargaining agreement between the City of Tigard and OPEU Local 199,effective July 1,1998 through June 30,2001 is hereby adopted.
