A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL APPOINTING DAVID CH"MAN TO THE
LIBRARY BOARD
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy on the Library Board as a result of Angus McKay's resignation;:;nd,
WHEREAS,David Chapman has expressed an interest in serving on the Library Board;and,
WHEREAS,the Mayor's Appointment Advisory Committee conducted interviews for the Library Board;
and,
WHEREAS,there is a vacancy on the Planning Commission as a result of Carolyn deFrang's resignation;
and,
WHEREAS,Lisa Incalcaterra has expressed an interest in serving on the Planning Commission;and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor's Appointment Advisory Committee conducted interviews for the Planning
Commission.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1:David Chapman be appointed to the Library Board to fill the positior vacated by
Angus McKay for a term that expires June 30,2000.
SECTION 2: Lisa Incalcaterra be appointed to the Planning Commission to fill the position vacated by
Carolyn deFrang for a term that expires December 31,2000.
