A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ESTABLISHING AN APPLICATION FEE FOR
FORMATION OF A REIMBURSEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, on May 10, 1994,Tigard City Council approved Resolution No. 94-21,establishing a pre-
construction fee and a post-construction fee to cover the cost of administrative review and notice required
to form a reimbursement district pursuant to Section 13.09.020 of the Tigard Municipal Code;and,
WHEREAS. on April 9, 1996, Tigard City Council approved Ordinance No. 96-13 amending Chapter
13.09,Reimbursement Districts, of the Tigard Municipal Code. Amendments included eliminating the
need for a pre-construction fee by providing that no reimbursement is available for construction costs that
occur prior to he formation date of the reimbursement district;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Resolution No.94-21 is repealed. (Exhibit attached)
WECTION 2: The application fee for reimbursement districts shall be$300.

A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ESTABLISHING AN APPLICATION
FEE FOR FORMATION OF A REIMBURSEMENT DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, Section 13.09.020 of the Tigard Municipal Code provides
that the T=.gard City Council may establish a fee to cover the cost
of administrative review and notice when forming a reimbursement
district; and,
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has received recommendations from
department staff as to the amount of the fee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The fee for a pre-construction application shall be
$300.
Section 2: The fee for a post-construction application shall
be $200.
