A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN ON BEHALF OF THE CITY A
DEDICATION DEED DEDICATING ADDITIONAL RIGHTS-OF-WAY ON THE EAST SIDE OF SW
72ND AVENUE.
WHEREAS, additional rights-of-way is needed for SW 72nd Avenue to meet Tigard Triangle Design
Standards;
WHEREAS, The City of Tigard owns tax lot 1 S 1 36DA,1101 and may want to sell said tax lot;
WHEREAS, additional rights-of-way needs to be dedicated prior to the sale of said property;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The Tigard City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to sign a dedication deed
dedicating the property to the public for street purposes. A copy of the dedication deed
is attached hereto as Exhibit"1"and incorporated herein by this reference.
