WHEREAS, The Library received a refund check in the amount of$4,093 from purchases of Library
circulation materials in 1995 and,

WHEREAS, The City Council wishes to spend the refund amount on additional Library circulation materials.

NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Additional General fund revenues are recognized in the amount of$4,093.
-SECTION 2: Appropriation are increased in the amount of$4,093 in the Readers Services budget for '
