A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET ADJUSTMENT#8 TO PROVIDE ROAD MAINTENANCE
SERVICES TO THE URBAN SERVICES AREA. ,
.WHEREAS,an agreement has been reached between the City and the County wherein the County will pay
to the City$97,536 and the City will provide certain road maintenance services to the urban services area
and such agreement was not included in the adopted budget.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: ,
SECTION I: The street maintenance budget is increased by$97,536 to be charged to the urban
services fund fund for services that will be provided November 1, 1997 to June 30,1998. t ��'
The breakdown by category is Wages and Benefits$76,004, Materials& Services tY
$12,139,Capital Outlay$9,393. " s
SECTION 2: Revenue in the urban services fund is recognized in the amount of$97,536.
