A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET ADJUSTMENT #7 FOR THE REPAIR OF A POLICE
VEHICLE.
WHEREAS, A Police Vehicle was damaged in a collision on October 8, 1997 the cost of which was ep
reimbursed by Northland Insurance less the deductible of$500,and n
WHEREAS,.Local budget law allows the adjustment of the budget by resolution in such situations. h`.. Kik
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: {
SECTION 1: Revenue in the general fund is recognized in the amount of$5,109.
SECTION 2: General fund contingency is reduced in the gene" fund in the amount of$500 and
appropriations are increased in the Police Repairs and Maintenance budget in the amount .� t a
of 55,609.
