WHEREAS, The City Council at their October 21,1997 meeting agreed to adjust the budget to provide for
further analysis of the proposed expansion plans and to negotiate a contract with Russ Hanson of HDN qt%
Architects pc. '``'
t y NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:

SECTION I: General Fund Contingency is appropriated in the amount of$30,000 in the City Wide
Support budget unit. ¢)
SECTION 2: The City Manager is authorized to negotiate and enter into an agreement with HDN �
Architects pe not to exceed$30,000.
