CITY A DEDICATION DEED TRANSFERRING TITLE OF THE RESERVE STRIP TO THE PUBLIC

WHEREAS,reserve access strips have been dedicated to the City of Tigard at the ends of various streets or to
limit access to streets from adjacent property;and
WHEREAS,when streets are extended,or the adjacent property is subdivided,the reserve strips need to be
dedicated to the public for street rights-of-way purposes;andX-1

NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
