WHEREAS, Tidemark,the vendor for the permit plan software no longer supports non windows based a;
systems making the conversion of the current system necessary,and
'IRM,, xx WHEREAS, The 1997/98 adopted budget included$48,000 for the conversion and related programming
g which is$10,000 less than the amount currently quoted by the vendor,

NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
