WHEREAS, The City Council approved the increase in the amount of the Senior Center landscape project
' and approved letting a contract to S&L Landscaping for the project and approved an application to the Vit'
3q County for additional CDBG funds,and, s

WHEREAS, The additional grant funds and the addtional costs of the project were not included in the "
adopted 1997/98 budget,
NOW,THEREFORE„BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: t

SECTION 1: Grant revenue in the amount of 59,905 is recognized in the general fund. `RUM
SECTION 2: General Capital Improvements are increased by 521,786 and general fund contingency .t
is reduced by SI 1,881.
