A RESOLUTION ADJUSTING THE 1996/97 ADOPTED BUDGET FOR GRANT FUNDS RECEIVED
t BY THE LIBRARY AND AN IGA WITH WASHINGTON COUNTY.
+ WHEREAS,.The City has been awarded a grant in the amount of$2,100 to purchase certain equipment
and the City has entered into an intergovernmental agreement with Washington County to purchase a
foreign language collection in the amount of$3,400,and,
WHEREAS, Local budget law allows for the adjustment of the budget for these items by resolution.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE 1T RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: *"
SECTION 1: Revenues in the general fund are recognized in the amount of$5,500.
SECTION 2: Appropriations are approved in the Community Services program-Library
