THE STATE GAS TAX FUND. u
WHEREAS, The City Council has determined the need to increase the appropriations in the state gas taxa,
fund for capital improvements for the remainder of the fiscal year.and, - s
WHEREAS,Local budget law allows budget adjustments of this nature to be done using the supplemental aE °
budget process by Council resolution.
.l NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: x
' SECTION 1:. Resources are recognized in the state gas tax fund as additional revenue of$60,000 and uw
a greater than anticipated beginning fund balance in the amount of$55,000.
SECTION 2: Appropriations are amended in the state gas tax fund as follows:
