CITY OF TIGARD,OREGON (' RESOLUTION NO.97-OI A',' A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.96-69. i r ssr WIlEREAS, the City of Tigard,by Resolution No_96-69 and pursuant to the terms of ORS 271.330(1), declared a certain parcel of real properly that was used mid maintained by the City as part of its City street system as surplus to be returned to the State of Oregon Department of Transportation for disposition;and 3 WHEREAS,the State of Oregon does not wish to accept all of the real property described by Resolution s No,96-69 and recommends the City declare a smaller area as surplus.
