g A RESOLUTION EMENDING THE CURRENT LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF

TIGARD AND THE OREGON PUBLIC EMPLOYEES UNION LOCAL 199 TO PROVIDE FOR
BONUS PAY TO CERTAIN CLASSIFICATIONS FOR POSSESSION OF MANUFACTURED HOME
INSTALLATION INSPECTOR CERTIFICATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard and the Omgon Public Employees Union Local 199 entered into a Letter :'
of Agreementto provide for bonus pay for possession of Manufactured Home Installation Inspector w
certification effective September 30,1996;

NVHEPE AS,it is necessary for the culrent late:.:agreement to be amended to reflect the addition of bonus '
pay for such certification;

NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: r
SECTION l: An amended Appendix B of the current labor agreement between the City and the ,
Oregon Public Employees Union,Local 199,is attached hereto and identified as Exhibit
A,
SECTION 2:. The Council orders the amendment to the current labor agreement effective September JW
30,1996. "-
