A RESOLUTION AMENDE4G THE EMSTING FY 1996-97 SALARY SCHEDULE FOR
,MANAGEMENT AND PROFESSIONAL GROUP TO ADD THE NEW CLASSIFICATION OF
s YOUTH SERVICES SPECIALIST AT RANGE 50A.
.WHEREAS, the duties and responsibilities of one position in the Library have been reviewed by Human
Resources and creation of a new classification of Youth Services Specialist has been recommended;
.WHEREAS, Human Resources has determined that the appropriate salary range for this new position is
range 50A;
WHEREAS,it is necessary for the existing FY1996-97 Salary Schedule for Management and Professional
Group Employees to he amended to reflect the addition of the new classification;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: w �
SECTION]: An amended FY1996-97 Salary Schedule for Management and Professional Group
Employees reflecting the addition of the Youth Services Specialist classification at
Range 50A is attached hereto and identified as Exhibit A; ik
SECTION 2: The Council orders the adoption of the amended FYI 996-97 Salary Schedule for
Management and Professional Group Employees
