Council, and, WHEREAS, The results o£ the water rate study and the recommended changes �4^ to the water rate structure were discussed with the City Council at a ;` j -study session on April. 16, 1996 and presented for formal action on ...September 24, 1996, and, Ull ec, av s4z ''I NOW, .THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: is - Section 1: The minimum charge as established by resolution 93-67 is .hereby eliminated for all customer classes and meter sizes. g [ e { -Section 2: A customer charge of 53.56 per bimonthly period per account is hereby established for all customer classes and meter sizes. Section 3: The Booster charge for areas served by booster pumps isq ;,x, hereby increased from $3.00 to $3.13 per bimonthly period per account.
