A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF TIGARD WATER SERVICE AREA WATER METER
AND SERVICE INSTALLATION FEES " ^

`. WHEREAS,the City currently does not recover its full cost in water meter installations;and
WHEREAS,it has been deemed that the water meter installation fees are not sufficient to recover costs.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The water meter installation fees for new service connections shall be amended as follows*
