WHEREAS, The Chamber building on Main street was declared surplus and was sold ongg

k e December 30,1994 with net proceeds of$92,352.07,and, rN
WHEREAS, The City Council wished to have any spending plans for the proceeds presented to x
ahem for approval prior to actual expend,:ure,and,
WHEREAS, The City of Tigard budget committee approved the inclusion of the proceeds in the
facilities fund which was then aPPro dated for the proposed Police expansion project.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
� Section 1: The use of the proceeds from the sale of the Chamber building to partially fund the
Police expansion project in the facilities fund is approved.
