' WHEREAS, Several adjustments to the 1995/96 adopted budget were proposed providing for the �)r:
<.z recognition of additional resources and additional appropriations,and,
WHEREAS, Local budget law allows for the adoption of a supplemental budget after a hearing before the
City Council,and,
WHEREAS, Such a hearing was held on May 14,1996 to discuss the supplemental budget.

NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:

SECTION I: A fund is established to be known as the FEMA disaster fund.
3 SECTION 2: Resources and appropriations are recognized and approved as follows:
