PURPOSES
WHEREAS,the office of the City Recorder of the City of Tigard is held by Catherine Wheatley;and

WHEREAS,it is necessary from time to time for the City Recorder to be absent from the City or City Hall; 'ya

WHEREAS,it would be beneficial during such times that the City Recorder is not present to assurea .
continuity of service is provided to the public,Mayor,City Council,and City staff.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: t
SECTION 1: M.JoArm Hayes is hereby named as Deputy City Recorder. By virtue of this office,she is +
I empowered by the City Council to act as City Recorder at any time in the absence orpstww

SECTION 2: Nadine Robinson-Webster,Administrative Services Manger,is hereby appointed as Deputy
